This time it went on for days, with me having to continually reach out only to never get a response. Now Logitech's support is slow to begin with, having only the option to converse via email and often having to wait 24 hours to receive a reply back. While I thought it was as strange request, I complied and sent along everything they asked for. This last time they asked for pictures including hand written notes with the case number, etc, and video of the 'problem in action'? date of purchase, serial number, description of the problem, steps tried to resolve the problem, etc. Every time I reach out to Logitech support and they ask the standard questions. I'm on my third keyboard because every one has had a problem with the color display of certain keys after a while of use. I'm not much of a gamer but I bought it for the programmable 'G' keys that I use daily for various purposes. I own a fairly expensive Logitech keyboard.
